We manage and unburden you for all aspects such as start-ups, storage, inspections, moving, maintenance and supplementing of accessories! All for a fixed price! So no hidden costs.

Fleet management with ICE i-Synergy
With the i-Synergy concept you hire professional ‘smart’ cleaning machines from 12 months up to 60 months. The machines are equipped with Lithium-ion battery with a long lifespan. The machines are connected to the Internet and provide up-to-date user information such as user times, location, user identity (who works with the machine?) And cleaned surface in m2.
In addition, the 5 major electrical components are monitored for deviating values. The machine will notify via notification if a service must take place. All this information (of one or more machines) is stored in the i-Synergy system which can be followed via web or App via smartphone.
The price is all inclusive. Service, parts and outage visits are all included in the monthly price. You therefore no longer have any hidden or unpleasant extra costs. See also this video, ICE i-Synergy explained in just over 1 minute!
Logistics
We even bring your machines on location to the cupboard! So you do not have to have special trailers, tail lift or road plates! We ensure that your machines are ready-to-use and complete with accessories and instructions. With the i-Synergy scrubbing and sweeping machines you can see where your machines are located online! At Intelligent Cleaning Equipment South Africa, your wish is our command. Do you have specific requirements when it comes to renting cleaning machines? We would gladly set up a custom rental package to your liking. Clients determine how often they wish to rent certain equipment.
The knowledgeable team here at ICE4SA is always at your service. Fulfilling the needs of our customers is a main priority and therefore we provide a service and maintenance plan, free of charge. Downtime is non-negotiable and we respect this by offering an after sales service. Should a professional technician from our team not be able to fix equipment within a day after the reported downtime, the machine will be replaced for free.
The staff at ICE4SA know how to operate the cleaning equipment. A machine operator can be hired to save you the time and money it would cost to train and employ workers to operate the machines.
